Emergency drain unblocking
Drainage blockages can quickly cause overflowing manholes, foul smells, backed-up toilets and wastewater entering areas it should not. Our team attends domestic and commercial drainage problems and uses the most suitable equipment for the obstruction.
- Blocked toilets and waste pipes
- Blocked external drains and gullies
- Blocked manholes and foul lines
- Grease, scale, silt and debris
- Root ingress and recurring blockages
High-pressure drain jetting
High-pressure water jetting can clear debris and clean deposits from the internal wall of the pipe. It is commonly used for grease, silt, sludge and general build-up and can be combined with CCTV to confirm the condition of the drain.
Specialist drain descaling
Where heavy scale or hardened deposits are present, we can use specialist mechanical cleaning equipment including Picote systems. This can restore internal bore and improve flow where ordinary jetting is not enough.
When a blockage keeps coming back
A recurring blockage may indicate a deeper defect such as roots, a displaced joint, damaged pipework, poor falls, scale build-up or a partial collapse. In these cases we can carry out a CCTV survey and recommend a repair rather than repeatedly clearing the symptom.
